The minimum fee is paid when scheduling and covers up to 2 hours of service, even if the appointment/meeting lasts less. After 2 hours, the fee is charged in 30-minute blocks ($50 per half hour).

50% of the minimum payment is charged if cancelled between 48 to 24 business hours before the scheduled start time.

100% of the minimum payment is charged if cancelled 24 business hours or less before the scheduled start time, even when the service is not required at the last minute or for any other reason beyond our control.
